First off, celebrating my daughter's birthday was supposed to be special, but the restaurant’s meals were a letdown. The staff, though friendly, seemed overwhelmed during our party, and we didn’t receive our drinks until much later!

It wasn't cheap, but you also realize it’s not really worth the money.

The room offered nice views of the surroundings, providing a pleasant atmosphere that made downtime enjoyable. The location is conveniently placed for easy access to nearby attractions, allowing guests to explore without hassle.

The beds were very uncomfortable, leading to restless sleep. The room felt cramped, and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, which made things feel stuffy. Limited soundproofing allowed noises from neighboring guests to disrupt our stay. I faced delays when requesting an upgrade, with no follow-up from the hotel team.

great location but service needs improvement

The location offered stunning views of the ocean which was quite breathtaking. The cleanliness of the facilities met my expectations, and the comfort of the room was primarily well maintained. I also enjoyed the spa services which were not only professional but truly relaxing.

Unfortunately, there were delays in food service that detracted from the overall dining experience.

Amazing sea views and super friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Loved the proximity to restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was tasty each morning.

Being just a short walk away from uMhlanga Main Beach and other attractions like the Makiwa Gallery made exploring easy and enjoyable. The breakfast offerings were impressive and truly satisfying, with freshly prepared dishes that stood out. we faced some delays with housekeeping, which slightly marred the experience but didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of our stay.

We celebrated our anniversary and the vibe was perfect. The room had an awesome sea view and the decor was on point thanks to the staff! They made our stay feel special. Just a bummer that we had to wait a bit for food service late at night. it was a memorable experience, though!

our stay at radisson blu was fantastic! we booked a superior room with a sea view, and they kindly upgraded us to a junior suite, which was a delightful surprise. the hotel is conveniently close to the mall and restaurants, making it easy to explore. the staff's friendly smiles upon our late check-in made a great first impression.
